Commercial EV Charging
AC & DC Charging. Intelligent Software. Irish Support.
From a single workplace charger to a large multi-charger commercial site, IA Charger supplies EN+ EV charging solutions designed around your vehicles, users and available electrical capacity.
Choose from 7kW, 11kW and 22kW AC charging through to 40kW-300kW DC fast charging, combined with Evchargo Cloud for remote management, billing, reporting and intelligent energy management.
Why Choose EN+ for
Commercial EV Charging?
A commercial EV charging project isn't simply about choosing a charger with the highest kW rating.
You need to consider who will use the chargers, how long vehicles will be parked, how charging will be activated, whether users will pay, how the chargers will be managed and how much electrical capacity is available at the site.
EN+ brings the hardware, cloud management and energy-management elements together in one commercial charging ecosystem.

AC + DC Charging
Give employees convenient access to EV charging while their vehicles are already parked at work.

Evchargo Cloud
Manage chargers, users, transactions and operational information through one connected platform.

Dynamic Load Balancing
Manage available electrical capacity intelligently across single or multiple chargers.

Flexible Billing
Provide free charging, recover electricity costs or operate charging as a paid service.

Scalable
Start with the charging infrastructure you need today and plan for future expansion.

AC or DC Commercial EV Charging?
Choose Charging Power Around How Your Site Actually Operates. The most powerful charger isn't necessarily the best commercial charging solution.
The right choice depends on how long the EV will be or needs to be parked, daily mileage or charging demand, number of users, available site power and how quickly vehicles need to return to the road.

One Platform to Manage
Your Commercial Charging

Evchargo Cloud Included with EN+ Chargers.
The charger is only one part of a commercial charging system. Evchargo Cloud gives businesses and charging operators a central platform for managing their connected EN+ charging infrastructure.
Your existing site currently highlights real-time data, connections, usage, fault reporting, Dynamic Load Balancing and fleet management through Evchargo

Remote Monitoring
View charger and station status remotely.

User Management
Manage authorised charging users.

RFID Management
Control RFID access where required.

Transactions
Review charging-session and transaction information.

Billing
Manage paid charging where required.

Usage & Reporting
Understand how charging infrastructure is being used.

Dynamic Load Balancing
Manage charging demand against available electrical capacity.

Fleet Management
Manage charging infrastructure supporting commercial vehicle operations.

Make Charging Free, Paid or Somewhere in Between
Flexible Commercial EV Charger Billing.
Different businesses need different charging models.
You may want charging to be complimentary for customers, included as an employee benefit, used only by company vehicles or offered as a paid service.
EN+ and Evchargo allow the charging setup to be configured around your commercial requirements.

FREE
Provide charging as an employee or customer benefit.

COST RECOVERY
Recover some or all of the electricity cost from users.

PAID CHARGING
Apply a tariff and operate charging as a commercial service.

DIFFERENT USER RATES
Create charging arrangements for different categories of users — for example staff and other users.

Activate a Charge Session
Simple for the Driver. Managed by the Operator.
CONNECT
Driver Plugs In. The customer parks in an EV charging bay and connects their vehicle.
CHARGE
Usage Is Recorded. The charging session and transaction information are recorded through the connected management platform.
ACTIVATE
Start the Charging Session. The customer activates the charger using the site's access method.
MANAGE
Track Charging Activity. The operator can monitor transactions and charging activity through Evchargo Cloud. Evchargo provides transaction information across the charging stations managed by the operator.

Dynamic Load Balancing for
Commercial Charging
Install EV Charging Around the Power Your Site Actually Has
Installing multiple EV chargers can create significant electrical demand if every charger is allowed to draw maximum power simultaneously.
EN+ Dynamic Load Management allows the charging infrastructure to work within a defined electrical capacity.
The system monitors site demand and manages the power available to connected EV chargers, allowing charging capacity to be distributed according to the site's requirements.
HOW IT WORKS

1. MONITOR
The EN+ Load Balance Controller monitors site electrical consumption.
2. CALCULATE
The system determines the capacity available for EV charging within the configured site limit.
3. DISTRIBUTE
Available charging power is distributed across the connected chargers.
4. ADJUST
Charging output can respond as the electrical demand elsewhere on the site changes.
10 × 22kW Chargers Doesn't Necessarily Mean You Need 220kW Available for EV Charging
Vehicles don't necessarily arrive together, require the same amount of energy or remain connected for the same length of time.
Intelligent load management allows the charging infrastructure to make much better use of the electrical capacity available.

Commercial EV Charging FAQs
What is the difference between AC and DC commercial EV charging? AC charging is generally suited to locations where vehicles remain parked for longer periods, while DC charging provides substantially faster charging where vehicle turnaround time is more important. The appropriate solution depends on vehicle requirements, dwell time, charger utilisation and available electrical capacity.
How many commercial EV chargers can I install? There is no fixed number. It depends on the electrical capacity available, charger power, vehicle demand and how the charging system is managed. Dynamic Load Balancing can allow available electrical capacity to be intelligently shared across multiple chargers rather than assuming every charger requires maximum power simultaneously.
Can I charge customers to use my EV chargers? Yes. Commercial charging can be configured around free, cost-recovery or paid charging models. EN+ commercial installations can use Evchargo Cloud for billing and transaction management, with activation options including QR, App and RFID depending on the configuration.
Can staff and customers use the same chargers? Yes. Different user groups can use the same charging infrastructure where the system is appropriately configured. Access, transactions and billing arrangements can then be managed according to how your business wants the charging service to operate.
Can commercial EV chargers be remotely managed? Yes. EN+ commercial chargers connect with Evchargo Cloud, providing remote management and visibility over charging infrastructure. Real-time information, usage, fault reporting and other station information available through the platform.
Do I need Dynamic Load Balancing? Not every commercial installation requires it, but it becomes increasingly useful when multiple chargers are installed or the site has limited spare electrical capacity. The objective is to manage EV charging alongside the other electrical demands of the building or site.
