EV charging is becoming an increasingly important facility for hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, holiday accommodation and Airbnb properties.
IA Charger supplies EN+ commercial EV chargers with the Evchargo Cloud management platform, giving you a complete solution for guest charging, access control, billing, remote management and intelligent load balancing.
You can offer charging as a complimentary guest service, recover your electricity costs or turn your chargers into an additional revenue stream.
Why Choose EN+ for
Hospitality EV Charging?
Make EV Charging Part of the Guest Experience
Your guests are already parking at your property. EV charging lets them use that time to recharge their vehicle without making a separate charging stop during their journey.
For you as the operator, though, a successful charging installation needs to do more than simply supply electricity.
EN+ combines commercial charging hardware with Evchargo Cloud, giving operators remote monitoring, user management, billing and financial management, transaction reporting and load-management functionality.

Attract EV Drivers
Give EV-driving guests another practical reason to choose your hotel, restaurant or accommodation.

Remote Management
Monitor your charging infrastructure through Evchargo Cloud rather than having to physically check individual chargers.

Simple Guest Charging
Provide an easy charging experience without requiring your staff to manually manage every charging session.

Scalable
Start with the number of chargers you need now and expand your charging infrastructure as EV demand increases.

Free or Paid Charging
Choose whether EV charging is complimentary, used to recover electricity costs or operated as a paid facility.

Hospitality Charging Hardware + Software
From a Single Charger to a Multi-Charger Hotel Car Park
A small Airbnb and a busy hotel don't need the same charging infrastructure.
An Airbnb or guesthouse might need only one charging point, while a larger hotel, restaurant or resort could require multiple chargers serving guests, staff and visitors at the same time. The EN+ solution lets you configure the charging hardware, management platform, price and energy management around the individual property.
The Right Charger Depends on How Long Your Customers Stay
A customer spending three hours at a golf club has very different charging requirements from a driver stopping briefly at a busy commercial location.
That's why destination charging shouldn't automatically mean installing the highest-powered charger available.
EN+ provides AC and DC charging options that allow the charging infrastructure to be designed around customer dwell time, vehicle numbers, available site power and the commercial objectives of the location.

1

EN+ AC Charging
7kW / 11kW / 22kW. AC charging is particularly well suited to hospitality because vehicles are often parked for several hours or overnight. Guests can recharge while they sleep, dine, attend an event or use the property's facilities.
2

EN+ NANO Duo
Two Charging Connections. One Unit. The NANO Duo is particularly relevant for this market. It can provide 1 × 22kW or 2 × 11kW, allowing two vehicles to charge simultaneously from one charger. For hotels and other destination locations, this provides a practical way to increase the number of charging connections available to guests.
3

Daisy-Chain Connectivity
Save Installation Time & Infrastructure. Daisy Chain Power & Data — Save Time and Money. For multi-charger installations, the EN+ NANO Duo + Argo Pro supports daisy-chain power and data architecture, providing a practical approach to expanding commercial destination charging.
4

Evchargo Cloud
Manage Your Chargers Remotely. Monitor charging stations, charger status, transactions and operational information through one cloud-based management platform. Evchargo allows an operator to create and manage charging stations, monitor their operating status and view transactions.
5

Billing
Turn Charging into a Service. Where required, charging can become a paid service rather than an uncontrolled electricity cost. Evchargo includes billing and financial management together with transaction management.
6
5

RFID
Control Who Can Charge. Use RFID where controlled access is required — for example, staff, regular users or selected guests. Evchargo Cloud provides RFID-card configuration and user-management functionality. If you prefer to go totally digital our APP Evchargo can be used to activate charge sessions, with different rates for authorized users, set by you.
7

Usage & Reporting
Understand Your Charging Activity. Monitor transaction and operational information so you can see how your chargers are actually being used. Evchargo allows operators with multiple charging stations to view total transaction orders and individual transaction details.
8

Remote Monitoring
Manage Multiple Locations. If you operate a hotel group or several hospitality properties, Evchargo provides a central platform for managing charging infrastructure instead of treating every property as an isolated installation. The platform supports remote monitoring and operational data analysis.
Simple EV Charging for Your Guests

Free Charging or Paid Charging — You Decide. Every hospitality business will want to approach this differently. A hotel may include EV charging with a room package. A restaurant might offer complimentary charging to customers. Another property may want guests to pay for the electricity they use. EN+ and Evchargo give you flexibility over how the charging service operates.
Activate a Charge Session
CONNECT
Guest Plugs In. The guest parks in the designated EV charging space and connects their vehicle.
CHARGE
Energy Usage Is Recorded. The charging session is managed through the connected system, with transaction information available through Evchargo.
ACTIVATE
Start the Charging Session using the site's access method — digital or RFID-based authorisation.
MANAGE
Track Usage & Revenue. You can review charging activity and transaction information through Evchargo Cloud.

Free, Paid or Restricted?

Don't Want Your Reception Staff Managing EV Chargers?
They shouldn't have to.
With connected EN+ chargers and Evchargo Cloud, your charging infrastructure can be remotely monitored and managed rather than relying on reception, restaurant or accommodation staff to administer normal charging activity.
Evchargo supports remote charging-station monitoring and management, including operational status and transaction information.
Dynamic Load Balancing for Hotels & Hospitality
EV Charging Without Ignoring the Rest of Your Building
Hotels and restaurants can already have significant and highly variable electrical demand. Kitchens, heating, hot water, laundry, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment can all require power at different times of the day. Adding several EV chargers creates another potentially significant electrical load.
EN+ Dynamic Load Management is designed to manage EV charging within the available electrical capacity rather than allowing the chargers to operate without regard to other site demand.
EN+ specifically identifies Retail & Hospitality as an application for multi-charger Dynamic Load Balancing.
HOW IT WORKS

1. MONITOR
The Load Balance Controller monitors the site's electrical consumption.
2. CALCULATE
The system determines how much of the configured electrical capacity is currently available for EV charging.
3. DISTRIBUTE
Available charging power can be distributed across the connected chargers.
4. ADJUST
As the property's electrical demand changes, the power available to EV charging can be adjusted accordingly.

EN+'s commercial Dynamic Load Management uses current monitoring and a defined maximum site load. The system monitors total power consumption in real time and distributes charging power according to the capacity available.
DINNER SERVICE GETS BUSY?
YOUR CHARGERS CAN RESPOND.
Imagine several hotel guests have plugged in their EVs for the night.
At 6:30pm, the kitchen, restaurant, function rooms and other building services are creating high electrical demand. Later in the evening, demand from the building falls.
Dynamic Load Management allows the capacity available for EV charging to be managed alongside those changing site requirements rather than treating the chargers as an isolated electrical load.
More available capacity means more power can be available for charging.
Less available capacity means EV charging can be managed within the configured site limit.

Hotel & Hospitality EV Charging FAQs
Can I charge hotel guests to use an EV charger? Yes. Commercial EV charging can be configured so charging is offered as a paid service rather than your property simply absorbing the electricity cost. Evchargo Cloud includes billing, financial and transaction-management functionality, allowing charging activity to be managed through the platform. Alternatively, you may decide to provide complimentary charging as part of the guest experience. The appropriate setup depends on how you want the service to operate.
Can staff and guests use the same EV chargers? Yes. The same charging infrastructure can support different types of users. Evchargo Cloud provides user and RFID-card management, allowing authorised users to be managed through the platform. This lets you design one charging installation around guests, employees and other authorised users rather than necessarily installing completely separate systems.
What size EV charger does a hotel need? The appropriate charging power depends on how long vehicles normally remain parked, the vehicles being charged and the electrical capacity available at your property. For overnight hotel charging, AC charging can be particularly suitable because vehicles may remain parked for many hours. 11kW or 22kW commercial AC charging may be appropriate in many three-phase commercial environments, while the final design should always consider the property's supply and expected number of simultaneous users. Where considerably faster turnaround is required, DC charging can also be considered.
Can I see how much my EV chargers are being used? Yes. Evchargo Cloud provides transaction and operational information that allows you to monitor charging activity. Operators can view total transactions across charging stations as well as individual transaction details, while operational reporting provides additional visibility over charging infrastructure performance. That information becomes particularly useful when you're deciding whether demand justifies installing additional charging points.
Can two guests charge their cars at the same time? Yes. Multiple EN+ chargers can operate as part of the same commercial charging installation. The EN+ NANO Duo is particularly suited to this application because a single unit provides two charging connections, with up to 2 × 11kW simultaneous charging or a single 22kW connection. Larger installations can incorporate multiple charging units with Dynamic Load Management to manage the available electrical capacity.
Is an EV charger suitable for an Airbnb or holiday rental? Yes. EV charging can be particularly useful at holiday accommodation because guests often park overnight, providing plenty of time for AC charging. The most suitable arrangement depends on whether you want charging included with the stay, restricted to authorised guests or separately charged. For an Airbnb or smaller holiday property, the solution can be considerably simpler than a large hotel installation while still providing controlled access and smart charging functionality where required.
Do I need a separate electricity supply for EV chargers? Not necessarily. Whether additional electrical capacity is required depends on your existing supply, building demand, number of chargers and charging power required. EN+ Dynamic Load Management can monitor the site's electrical consumption and manage the capacity available to EV charging. This can help you make better use of existing electrical infrastructure rather than assuming every charger must have its maximum rated power permanently available. A qualified electrical contractor should assess the installation and available capacity before installation.
