Coverage
The certificate confirms a 36 month warranty extension for your EV charger identified by serial number provided in the warranty submission, covering defects in materials under normal residential use during the warranty extension period. A commercial guarantee in Ireland is a binding undertaking and may provide repair, replacement, or servicing in line with its stated terms.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the charger unit.
Faults in components attributable to defective materials or workmanship.
Repair or replacement of the charger, at the provider’s discretion, where the fault is covered.
What is not covered
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, vandalism, or unauthorised modification.
Faults caused by external electrical supply issues, improper installation, or non-compliant wiring.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, consumables, or defects caused by third-party equipment.
Damage from water ingress, fire, flood, lightning, or other external events unless required by law.
Conditions
This extension applies only to the charger listed on this certificate.
Proof of original purchase and installation may be required.
The charger must be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical standards.
Any repair or replacement does not restart or extend the warranty period unless required by law.
This extension is valid only when purchased and activated in accordance with the provider’s stated process.

This warranty extension is a commercial guarantee and is provided in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights under Irish law. It does not reduce or exclude any legal rights the consumer may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other applicable Irish law.
